Terms of Service

By using LUVSND, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

LUVSND is an informational household translation product. It helps a person or family understand English documents and voicemails through translation, summaries, and optional family discussion.

LUVSND does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, or other professional advice.

LUVSND is intended for personal, family, and household use. You may use it to help yourself or your household understand communications you receive.

You may not use LUVSND on behalf of patients, clients, customers, employees, or other third parties in a professional, clinical, legal, financial, governmental, insurance, or similar regulated role.

LUVSND is not offered as a HIPAA-ready service and does not enter into Business Associate Agreements.

You may not use LUVSND as a covered entity, business associate, or workforce member or contractor of either where use of the service would involve creating, receiving, maintaining, or transmitting protected health information on behalf of another person or organization.

Do not use LUVSND for workflows that require HIPAA compliance or other comparable regulatory, contractual, or institutional compliance commitments that LUVSND does not expressly provide.

You are responsible for your account, for the files you upload, and for using the service lawfully.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not rely on LUVSND as a substitute for qualified review in high-stakes situations.

Items start private by default. Sharing with a family plan requires an explicit owner action and does not transfer ownership of the item.

Some features depend on browser, device, or operating-system behavior such as cookies, browser storage, notifications, supported media playback, and share flows. Those capabilities vary by platform.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Translation, transcription, OCR, and summaries may be imperfect, delayed, or unavailable.

Paid tiers may be referenced as planned future offerings, but they should not be treated as launched or self-serve unless LUVSND explicitly states they are live.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes may be communicated in the app or on the site.

Adults may upload, manage, and share household communications on behalf of minor household members or dependents when they have the authority or responsibility to do so.

This does not expand LUVSND into a service for professional representation or regulated advice. Users remain responsible for making sure they have the right to upload and share the materials they place in the service.

When you use LUVSND's available delete flows to remove an item or request account deletion, LUVSND is designed to hard-delete the original uploaded file and related active content from its active systems rather than keep that user content in a recoverable trash.

Some limited operational records, such as audit logs, queued delivery records, or other narrowly scoped system records, may remain when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or reliable service operation.

Invitations, join requests, and family sharing actions are limited to the relevant account holders and do not grant access outside the family plan tied to that item.

Shared items remain controlled by the uploader, and family members keep access only while they remain on the same family plan.
