A short guide to what LUVSND is, what it is not, and what users should expect from the product today.
What does LUVSND do?
LUVSND helps families understand English documents and voicemails in their own language. It focuses on translation, short summaries, and optional family sharing.
Is LUVSND giving advice?
No. LUVSND is informational only. It helps explain what the communication says, but it does not tell users what to do or replace a lawyer, doctor, financial professional, or other advisor.
Are my files private?
Items start private by default. They are only shared with the family plan when the owner explicitly chooses to share them.
How long does processing usually take?
Most items finish within a few minutes, depending on file quality, length, and current processing load.
Why might a document or voicemail fail?
Common reasons include blurry pages, unsupported file types, corrupted files, or temporary processing issues. The app should surface an error state and let the user try again.
Can I share from my phone?
Android installed-PWA share flows are supported in the web app path we are building toward. On iPhone, system share-to-app support for a pure web app is limited, so manual upload may still be required until a native iOS share extension exists.
Is LUVSND HIPAA-ready?
No. LUVSND is not positioned as a HIPAA-ready product today. Do not upload protected health information that requires HIPAA-compliant handling.
What does account export include?
It includes your profile, owned items, comments you authored, notifications, family memberships, invitations tied to your account, push subscriptions, and audit events created by your account.
Does OpenAI keep uploaded content?
LUVSND uses the OpenAI API for translation and summarization. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train models and may retain content for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
